Individual
The Board of Directors may grant membership to individuals of honorable character and reputation, having an interest in the objectives of the Federation. Such Members shall be eligible to participate in all Federation activities and shall have voting rights except on matters solely before the Board of Directors.
Individual Affiliate
The Board of Directors may grant affiliate membership (non-voting) to individuals of honorable character and reputation, having an interest in the Federation. Such members shall be eligible to participate in all Federation activities without voting rights, except they are not eligible to serve on the Federation's Board of Directors.
