Longtime MHHF volunteer Steve Rulo has been named the 2025 Hunter Education Instructor of the Year by the Conservation Federation of Missouri. A dedicated instructor and former Director, Steve spent the past 15 years helping Missouri youth and their families learn safe, ethical hunting practices.
