Get ready for an unforgettable outdoor adventure!
MHHF and wildHERness are teaming up for the second annual Mom & Me Squirrel Clinic—a one-of-a-kind weekend designed to bring mothers and kids together in the great outdoors. This isn’t just a class—it’s a hands-on experience packed with learning, connection, and excitement.
Kick things off Saturday morning as you dive into squirrel biology, ethical and safe hunting practices, and guided firearms instruction. By evening—and into Sunday morning—you’ll head into the woods with experienced mentors for real, guided squirrel hunts, building skills and confidence every step of the way.
Throughout the weekend, enjoy camp-style meals (which will likely include squirrel!) and a welcoming, supportive environment led by women, for women and youth.
This clinic is designed for mother/youth pairs—or any adult female mentor with a participant ages 11–19. Adults don’t just supervise—they fully participate, making it a shared, empowering experience.
Perfect for beginners, this event provides all gear, expert instruction, and mentorship at no cost—just bring your sense of adventure.
A refundable $20 deposit per family secures your spot.
Space is limited and fills quickly on a first-come, first-served basis—so don’t miss your chance! Join the waitlist if spots fill up and be first in line for future opportunities.
